- After your hot shower, for the last fifteen seconds, switch to cold water then turn up the heat a little, and down again to repeat the process for about two minutes. It revitalizes the skin by stimulating the flow of blood through the body.
- Use a good moisturizer that provides SPF 30 protection barrier against the chemicals in the air
- Use a good moisturizing lip balm for your lips

- Drink a glass of hot water with lemon in it. It will let your body clean the blood faster to get rid of any toxins responsible for bad skin

- If you take baths, add a few drops of jojoba oil or almond oil to it as they nourish your skin
- Try and avoid the hair dryer, it dries out the scalp
- Don’t overheat your home, excessive heat draws out the moisture in your skin
- Don’t use shower gels, they have a lot of alcohol in them which can dry out your skin
- Use masks that only remove impurities but also replenish moisture
- If you wash your hands constantly be sure to use a moisturizer on them afterwards so they don’t dry out
- Take care of your feet as they tend to become dry and cracked during the winter
