Millersville University’s Council of Trustees met to discuss room, board, and registration fees March 17. The proposals regarding room, board, and fees for the 2010-2011 academic year raise prices for students.

A 6.9 percent increase on room and board was passed. The increase equals $266 dollars more per semester, which brings the total to $4,149 per semester for room and board.

The Committee also passed an increase for fees for undergraduates totaling $137.50. One-hundred and eleven dollars of this comes directly from a referendum passed by the students for the Student Memorial Center’s expansion. The total for fees will now be $830.15 per semester.
