Against the #4 Rams, the Lady Marauders were unable to prevent an offensive barage.

The Lady Marauders traveled to West Chester on Saturday looking to rebound from a tough overtime loss to the Bloomsburg Huskies on Wednesday.  Unfortunately, luck was not on their side as they lost 4-0 against the #4 ranked Golden Rams.
The girls failed to find the back of the net for the second straight game and could only manage one shot on goal the entire game.  Three of the Rams goals came from Michele Schrift; her first goal came at 18:05 of the first period and was assisted by Kelsi Lykens.  She scored again right before the end of the first period at 34:00 and was assisted by Carley Buckwalter.  Schrift’s final goal came at 55:46 of the second period and was assisted by Lauren Schott for her seventh goal of the season, completing her hat trick.
The fourth goal by the Golden Rams came at 51:09 of the second period and was scored by Kayla Gluchowski.  Her goal was unassisted and was her fifth of the season.  The only shot on goal by the Marauders came at 8:35 of the first period, and they failed to get anything going offensively against the Rams.  Goalie Lauren Sotzin, saw eight shots come her way and she managed to stop only four of them.  The loss dropped the girls to 5-4 on the season, with their next game at home on Monday against LIU Post.
