The team recorded their third straight PSAC win on Friday.

Friday night in the Pucillo Gymnasium, the Lady Marauders volleyball team beat the Cheyney Wolves in a 3-0 sweep.
The Marauders have not lost a set to the Wolves since 1990, and that streak continues. Cheyney (0-22, 0-13 PSAC East) did not even come close to winning a set, Millersville (10-13, 4-8 PSAC East) had set victories of 25-3, 25-7 and 25-10.
Offensively, sophomore Katie Lesinski, completed eight of nine kill attempts and had no errors. She lead the Marauders in both departments. Junior Jessica Franz assisted on 23 of Millersville’s 75 points. The Marauders registered 34 assists as a team and committed five total hitting errors. Franz and freshman Taylor Smith led the team with five service aces each.
Defensively, freshman Brooklyn Smith and senior Sue Caramanico had four digs apiece. Samantha Booth blocked five kill attempts giving her the team lead. Booth now holds the season-and career-high for blocked kill attempts. The team had a total of eight blocks, which forced Cheyney into 13 errors.
This win was their third straight PSAC East win, and their fourth overall on the season.
