In their season finale, the Lady Marauders were unable to win.

It was a close one for the Millersville lacrosse team on Saturday against Bloomsburg with the girls dropping the season finale by a score of 14-12. This loss caps an up and down season for the Marauders, who finished 9-7. The Huskies opened the scoring less than a minute in when Julie Falk blew one by Millersville goalie Lauren Mateja. They scored again when Sam Mazzie scored with Kelsey Metzler earning the assist. The Marauders responded at 27:28 when Brooke Fisher blasted one by Bloomsburg goalie Sara Bates. The Huskies made it a two goal game again at 25:15 when Marisa Moley scored with Metzler getting the assist. Then Moley scored off a free position shot to make it 4-1 Huskies. The Marauders got one back with another goal by Fisher but the Huskies responded off the draw when Moley netted her third of the contest. The Millersville offense erupted as two goals by Hannah Vogel and one by Abby Mack tied the contest at five. The Huskies regained the lead when Grace Malizia netted her second goal of the contest making it 6-5 Bloomsburg. Millersville responded with Vogel netting the tying goal for her third of the contest to make it 6-6 with 3:40 remaining in the first half. Then Bloomsburg put a dagger in the hearts of the Marauders with 11 seconds left when Maggie Canavan beat Mateja to make it 7-6 going into halftime.
The girls fought hard in the second half and came back from being down 9-7 to take the 10-9 lead. Fisher added two more goals and Vogel chipped in one, giving each a total of four, while Ashley Henderson, Ella Callahan and Kathryn Kehring also scored for the Marauders. Unfortunately it was not enough as the Bloomsburg offense erupted with a pair of goals from Moley and Canavan. The Millersville defense was unable to contain the Huskies offense and went on to lose 14-12.
