Indecent Assault
Jan. 25 An incident assault was reported in a residence hall on the south side of campus.
“I can release at this time that officers brought the student to a local hospital for a medical evaluation, arranged for the student to meet with a YWCA sexual assault counselor. There was no timely warning issued due to a determination that there was not a continued or imminent threat to the campus community. The reporting student was also connected to MU Title IX office for support services and consideration of a judicial investigation. This investigation is open and continues,” Chief Anders said via email.
Drug Infractions
Jan. 19 In Harbold Hall, the odor of marijuana was reported. They were unable to locate the source. A report was filed.
Jan. 21 A drug violation occurred in a residence hall parking lot. There was an odor of marijuana. A report was filed.

Jan. 23 There was an odor of marijuana reported in Harbold Hall. Subject was gone upon arrival. A report was filed.

Jan. 19 There was a theft of a PA license plate in the Boyer parking lot.
Jan. 21 There was a retail theft in the Anchor. A citation was given.
Trespassing
Jan. 20 People trespassed in Brooks gymnasium. Subjects were warned.

Jan. 23 There was a parking violation in Bard Hall’s parking lot. A report was filed. Handicap ticket was not paid.
