Millersville University (MU) was named one of the top best value schools in Pennsylvania by
bestvalueschools.com.

The list was composed through using the National Center for Education Statistics’ Navigator
data, the schools are ranked based on graduation rate, net price, acceptance rate and 20-year
net return or return on investment (R.O.I). MU successfully made number fifteen on the list out
of thirty.

MU is highlighted for its scenic campus and convenient location. It was named as one of U.S.
News and World Report as one of the top 10 public universities and offers more than a hundred
undergraduate programs with a tuition rate of $14,418 and a $212,800 R.O.I.

There were two other Pennsylvania State Systems of Higher Education institutions that made
the list, West Chester (No. 20) and Slippery Rock (No. 19).
