The Marauders welcome in a new era of basketball with a behind the scenes sneak peek of how the Men’s Basketball team is preparing for this year.

The Millersville Marauder’s Men’s Basketball team will hold an open practice that will be viewable by the public. The practice will take place at the Pucillo Gymnasium on Thursday, October 27th.

Fans will be given a schedule for the practice that starts at 6pm.

After the practice, there will be a Q&A session with the team’s new head coach Casey Stitzel along with a meet-and-greet for the fans to meet the players on the team.

Millersville is looking to rebound from a disappointing season last year.

The squad returns with eight players who have been starters, including top scorer Cornell Yarde II and veteran forward Tommy Patterson.

Stitzel was also able to make a splash even before the start of this season. He’s managed to recruit a few noteworthy freshmen from the greater tri-state area along with transfer students from East Stroudsburg, Shepherd, and West Chester.
