How to: Get (and stay) healthy, fit, happy

Staying healthy is not just about exercise. In order to stay healthy, you need to create good habits now, and avoid bad habits in the future.

It is a great idea to exercise at least three times a week, with at least 30-60 minutes of cardio a day. If you are a full time student at Millersville, the SMAC fitness center is free for you and offers fitness classes such as kickboxing, yoga, and “buts and guts.” . . .
