Intense emotions in Law Abiding Citizen

I really enjoyed this movie, it was powerful, intense, and definitely kept me at the edge of my seat. The movie starts out with a gruesome scene. A family is robbed and the father is forced to watch his wife and child be brutally murdered by the two intruders. Then at the to the trial, the prosecutor cuts a deal with one of the murderers in order to put the other one to death. The father is obviously unhappy that the man who murdered his wife and child has a release date and so he plots his revenge. Ten years later, something goes wrong during the lethal injection of one of the murderers and the killing begins. . . .
