If you’re stressed:

Therapy Dogs

Keep an eye out for the therapy dogs during finals week! They will be out and about to give students some stress relief during finals.

Counseling Center

Even if you’re just feeling overwhelmed or it’s something more, don’t be afraid to visit the Center for Counseling and Human Development. While it can be a few weeks wait, especially during this more stressful time of year, they will be able to help you in some way or point you towards other events they sponsor.

Try Yoga

Yoga can reduce stress levels, and those who have lower stress perform better academically. Head to the downstairs fitness center to reserve a spot in a class here (Monday through Thursday, 7:15-8:15) or search videos on YouTube!

Make Hot Chocolate

Easy, Festive, and delicious! Crack open that dorm microwave you hardly use and get out the mugs, hot chocolate is a great treat to have for the cold Holiday season. Try adding some sprinkles to top off the marshmallow for more fun!

Get Creative

In need of a festive pick me up? There’s still some time left! Decorate your door or room, give a tiny Christmas tree a home, gather some friends and have a Holiday party. Remember to enjoy the holiday season and relax.

Have a wonderful rest of the semester and see you next year Marauders!
